Choose your service

• Restyle only — £45: send your wig freshly washed, fully dry and detangled for styling.
• Deep wash, condition & restyle — £75: a thorough cleanse, conditioning treatment and your chosen styling finish.
• Fast track — add £10: 2–3 working days after receipt, subject to availability. Contact us to confirm a fast-track space before booking.

Standard turnaround is 7 working days after we receive your wig. Delivery time is additional.

How your postal booking works

1. Select your service and turnaround, then pay online.
2. Use the booking details form to tell us your wig brand, condition and desired styling.
3. Contact us with your order number for posting instructions before sending your wig. Please use tracked postage; postage to us is your responsibility.
4. We assess your wig on arrival, check the bands for neatness and advise you about any major repairs or revamp work before proceeding. Additional work is quoted separately.

UK return delivery: £11.95, added at checkout. International maintenance bookings are currently unavailable.

Before you book

We welcome wigs from MK Luxury Hair and other brands. For damaged, heavily tangled, matted or synthetic wigs, please contact us for assessment before paying. Poor-quality or previously damaged hair may respond unpredictably to washing, products or heat; the final result depends on the wig’s condition and quality. We will advise you about identified concerns before work starts. Your statutory rights and our duty to use reasonable care and skill are unaffected.

Please read our maintenance service information before booking. A booking covers maintenance of your own wig; it does not include a new wig.
