Video Wig Consultation — £25
A 30-minute video consultation covering measurements, raw Vietnamese versus virgin hair, lace options, length, parting and styling. Receive personalised recommendations to help you choose confidently.
Your £25 consultation fee is credited towards an MK Luxury Hair wig purchased within 30 days of your consultation.

The Crown Experience — Online — £75
Personal support for wig beginners: a 45-minute video consultation, guidance to check your measurements, personalised wig recommendations, and a 30-minute video session after delivery covering fitting and everyday care.
The wig is purchased separately. This package is a separate service fee.

Bespoke Crown Experience — Private Appointment
Office appointment: £100, separate from your bespoke wig price.
Up to 60 minutes with our founder for professional head measurements and a personal discussion of your wig design, lace selection, fit and styling preferences. Available exclusively for confirmed bespoke wig orders, by appointment.
How your bespoke order works
- Send a bespoke enquiry with your preferred look, length, hair type, budget and any reference images.
- We discuss your requirements and agree your bespoke quote, appointment arrangements and what is included.
- A 50% deposit towards the agreed wig price confirms your bespoke order. The £100 office appointment fee is charged separately and is not credited towards the wig.
- Attend your private appointment for measurements and design advice. Any changes to the agreed design or price are discussed with you before proceeding.
- The remaining 50% wig balance is due before dispatch or collection.
Your private appointment address is shared after confirmation.
Prefer a home visit?
Home visits may be available by request, subject to location and availability. The £100 appointment fee applies, plus a separately agreed travel charge based on journey time, location and parking. Your full appointment cost is confirmed before payment.
